Job Description Human Resources Director The Human Resources Director works closely with business and HR leadership to drive business results through the effective management of human capital across the site and business units. This includes designing, directing and implementing corporate policy related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the site or business unit level, in close alignment with other groups across Sabre. As the primary contact for human resources matters, this role facilitates organization and leadership development efforts working with employees and managers to address root causes and leads the resolution of issues. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organization development and cultural and process perspectives. Act with very good understanding of the strategic business and financial goals of the company and particular organizations. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., total rewards analysis and plans, workforce planning and organizational change). Develops and delivers customized solutions for critical business needs such as succession planning, leadership development, employee development, culture change efforts. Acts as liaison between business and corporate HR on key initiatives such as pay and incentive programs, engagement/retention strategies, etc. This strategic business partner and change agent manages the local HR team, partners closely with all other HR functions and reports to the global HR team. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving across all levels of the organization. Job Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES: • HR Director will be responsible for supporting site in Poland and collaborating with global organization. • Provides strategic thought leadership in business initiatives, ensuring thorough consideration is given regarding impact on team members • Supports all levels of the organization including senior executive leaders • Leads HR projects on local and global scale • Concurrently drive business and HR strategic initiatives while managing the tactical day-to-day issues with urgency and excellence • Uses data to derive insight enabling smart decisions • Collaborates with a variety of stakeholders to drive functional and business strategies • Coordinates development programs, performance review and total rewards processes • Performs other support functions as needed EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 12 years related experience • Strong leadership skills including team and stakeholder management • Experience in HR Partnering in IT business • Experience with workforce management and resource planning • Exposure to HR technical processes and organizational design • Exposure to corporate finance projects will be nice to have • Strong project management, organizational planning, and time management skills EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
